How It Works – Automated Packaging Line
- Bag Loading – Empty outer bags are manually stacked or automatically fed from magazine.
- Pouch Infeed – Primary pouches from upstream FFS machine travel on inclined conveyor.
- Collation & Counting – Pouches are counted and grouped as per pre-set quantity (e.g., 10 pouches per bag).
- Bag Pick & Open – Bag is automatically picked, opened, and clamped in filling position.
- Pouch Insertion – Collated pouches are gently transferred and dropped into the open bag.
- Bag Transfer & Stitching – Filled bag moves to stitching station; top is sewn and thread is cut automatically.
- Finished Bag Discharge – Stitched bag is released onto take-away conveyor for cartoning or palletizing.
