How It Works
- Bag Loading – Jumbo bag is positioned in the discharger frame via forklift or hoist.
- Bag Clamping – Discharge spout is secured in the clamping chamber for dust-tight connection.
- Loosening (Optional) – Bag squeezer or massage paddles loosen compacted material.
- Controlled Discharge – Material flows via screw feeder, rotary valve, or gate into downstream equipment.
- Weighing (Optional) – Load cells enable batch-wise or continuous controlled discharge by weight.
- Complete Emptying – Optional bag agitation ensures 100% discharge with minimal residue.
