The Indus Jumbo Bag Discharger (also known as FIBC Unloader) is engineered for safe, efficient, and dust-free discharge of bulk materials from Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs) / Jumbo Bags. Designed to handle capacities from 250 kg to 2000 kg, this system ensures complete or controlled discharge into downstream processes. Customizable with various feeding mechanisms and optional weighing systems, it is ideal for industries requiring hygienic, loss-free material transfer.


How It Works

  1. Bag Loading – Jumbo bag is positioned in the discharger frame via forklift or hoist.
  2. Bag Clamping – Discharge spout is secured in the clamping chamber for dust-tight connection.
  3. Loosening (Optional) – Bag squeezer or massage paddles loosen compacted material.
  4. Controlled Discharge – Material flows via screw feeder, rotary valve, or gate into downstream equipment.
  5. Weighing (Optional) – Load cells enable batch-wise or continuous controlled discharge by weight.
  6. Complete Emptying – Optional bag agitation ensures 100% discharge with minimal residue.
