The VAR-006 Case Packer is a versatile, fully-automated cartoning solution engineered for rapid and reliable case erecting, bottom sealing, product collation & insertion, and top sealing. Designed to handle a wide variety of products—from pouches and bottles to tins and rigid containers—this system ensures precise, high-speed packaging with minimal manual intervention. Its modular design allows seamless integration with upstream filling lines and downstream palletizing systems.

How It Works – Automated Case Packing Line

  1. Case Erecting – Flat corrugated blanks are picked, erected, and squared automatically.
  2. Bottom Sealing – Bottom flaps are folded and sealed with tape (hot-melt or PSA).
  3. Product Collation – Products (pouches, bottles, tins) are collated into layers via gantry or cobot.
  4. Product Loading – Collated products are placed precisely into the open case.
  5. Top Flap Folding & Sealing – Top flaps are folded and sealed, completing the case.
  6. Discharge – Sealed case is discharged onto conveyor for labeling, weighing, or palletizing.
